What you do not know about Franchise law may hurt you/your client. This 1 hour CLE will provide the general practitioner with the basics of franchise law under federal and state law. Learn the differences between franchises and other business relationships, when franchise disclosures and registrations are required and the legal consequences for failing to comply with franchise laws. These topics will be considered from both the Franchisor and Franchisee perspective. The panel will also discuss the impact of COVID on franchising.
