HARRISON, NY – Founder of franchise-focused Lusthaus Law PC, Julie Lusthaus, has been appointed 2018 Program Co-Chair for the American Bar Association Forum on Franchise Annual Meeting.
Having the opportunity to serve on the ABA Forum on Franchising Governing Committee as co-chair for the upcoming 2018 annual meeting in Nashville, Tennessee is quite an honor, says Julie Lusthaus. “I am looking forward to working with colleagues to provide the more than 800 expected attendees with the high quality franchise educational programs and collegial social events that they have come to expect from the ABA Forum’s annual three-day conference.”
Lusthaus, whose practice is specifically focused on the formation and
operating needs of franchisors and franchisees, works closely with
franchisor clients to ensure that they appropriately and
cost-efficiently develop essential franchise disclosure documents,
